Stable operation
After the wet paper page out of the press, it is stably adsorbed to the dry net, in the whole drying part through the combination of the web stabilizer and the vacuum roller, safely and reliably completed the web transfer, greatly reducing the web in the drying part due to instability, flapping, running fold caused by the broken end, thereby improving the operating performance of the paper machine.
High evaporation rate
Due to the equipment characteristics of the drying department, the wet paper can effectively get heat from the surface of the dryer, and remove or distribute the water vapor that evaporates from the paper, and in the process, the energy is well controlled.
Controlled paper shrinkage
In the initial drying stage, due to the rise of the temperature of the web, the wet strength of the web decreases, and the elongation of the web increases. When the web is stretched, the longitudinal elongation will be extended, and the transverse contraction.
Modern high-speed paper machines reduce the force required to peel the paper from the surface of the dryer by using a web stabilizer, thus reducing the longitudinal elongation and transverse contraction of the paper web.
