Paper Machine AGITATOR is a vital component in paper pulp stock preparation, essential for efficient pulp and paper production processes. It is engineered for square and round pulp tanks handling pulp concentrations of 4-7%, making it a versatile solution for various production setups. The pulp tank agitator has the advantages of simple and reasonable design, regular appearance, easy layout, convenient construction, small footprint, large volume of the slurry tank, easy washing, and low cost.
It is convenient to manufacture and maintain, and is matched with the square pulp tank, which can be called an ideal mixing equipment.
The agitator is suitable for the mixing of various pulp tank. The efficiency of the machine is high. When the concentration is 3%, it is 55% higher than the mixed flow type, when the concentration is 5%, it is 80% higher than the turbine type and 20% higher than the mixed flow type. The propeller has the characteristics of no agglomeration of long fibers, no pulping, and a large amount of propulsion.

Mixing Pulp and Water
Pulp consists of wood fibers that need to stay suspended in water to ensure smooth processing. Agitators keep the mixture in motion, preventing fibers from settling at the bottom of tanks. This ensures even distribution, improves consistency, and reduces processing inefficiencies. Proper mixing enhances fiber breakdown, leading to smoother pulp with better flow characteristics.
Dispersing Fibers Evenly
Agitators break down fiber clusters and distribute them uniformly throughout the pulp mixture. This improves paper formation by ensuring that fibers are evenly spread across the sheet during the papermaking process. Uneven fiber dispersion can result in weak spots, variations in thickness, and inconsistent texture in the final product.

The pulp undergoes various chemical treatments to remove unwanted components such as lignin and residual impurities. Preventing Sedimentation

Improving Heat Transfer
Many chemical and mechanical processes in pulp treatment require controlled heating. Agitators help distribute heat evenly, preventing localized overheating that can damage fibers or lead to inefficient reactions. This enhances energy efficiency and maintains optimal production conditions.

Payment Terms: 40% T/T in advance, 60% T/T before delivery; we can also accept 100% L/C.
Time of Delivery: Within 1-3 months according to the paper machine size.
Packaging: Use wooden cases, straw ropes, waterproof film, and carton boxes to ensure the paper machine's intactness. The machine will be packaged in a standard export package suitable for sea transport.
Transportation: Because the paper machine is large-scale equipment, it is usually transported by train and sea. Some spare parts can be transported by air according to customer requirements.
