The pulp tank agitator has the advantages of simple and reasonable design, regular appearance, easy layout, convenient construction, small footprint, large volume of the slurry tank, easy washing, and low cost.

 

It is convenient to manufacture and maintain, and is matched with the square pulp tank, which can be called an ideal mixing equipment.

 

The agitator is suitable for the mixing of various pulp tank. The efficiency of the machine is high. When the concentration is 3%, it is 55% higher than the mixed flow type, when the concentration is 5%, it is 80% higher than the turbine type and 20% higher than the mixed flow type. The propeller has the characteristics of no agglomeration of long fibers, no pulping, and a large amount of propulsion.

Transportation: Because the paper machine is large-scale equipment, it is usually transported by train and sea. Some spare parts can be transported by air according to customer requirements.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

Q: How do you manufacture your equipment ?

A: Our machining technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.

Q: How to install after the equipment arriving destination?

A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
