5600/550 Sizing Machine
The 5600/550 sizing machine features a diagonally arranged structure, with a pair of sizing rollers arranged horizontally at a 30-degree angle. Paper exiting the dryer enters a wedge-shaped trough formed by the two sets of sizing rollers for surface sizing, before entering the sizing unit below the dryer. When the paper enters the sizing trough perpendicular to the centerline of the rollers, it can be used for dual sizing. By varying the angle at which the paper enters the trough, it can be used for single-sided sizing.

Operators must strictly follow the operating procedures, be familiar with the various functions and parameter settings of the equipment, and precisely control key parameters such as the sizing amount, machine speed, and pressure to ensure the stability of the sizing effect and paper quality.
During the production process, constant attention should be paid to observing the supply of glue, ensuring a stable glue level and avoiding situations such as glue breakage or insufficient supply. At the same time, the quality and temperature of the glue should be monitored, and any abnormal situations should be adjusted and handled promptly.
When starting and stopping the equipment, the prescribed sequence must be followed to avoid sudden starts or emergency stops due to improper operation, thereby reducing mechanical shocks and damage to the equipment and extending its service life.
Regular calibration and debugging of the equipment should be carried out to ensure the working accuracy and coordination of each component. At the same time, detailed operation records and fault reports of the equipment should be maintained to facilitate the timely detection of problems, analysis of causes, and adoption of effective solutions.
