Structural Components

 

1.Motor

Adopts a high-performance industrial motor with a powerful power output, capable of meeting the needs of different-scale pulp tanks and pulp stirring and mixing. The motor is usually meticulously designed and optimized, featuring high efficiency and low energy consumption to reduce operating costs.

 

The motor has a high protection level, effectively preventing the entry of dust, moisture, etc., adapting to the relatively harsh environment of the paper mill. At the same time, the motor is also equipped with overload protection and overheat protection devices to ensure automatic shutdown in abnormal situations and protect the equipment from damage.

 

2.Reducer

Composed of a series of high-precision gears. Through the combination and meshing of different gears, the high speed of the motor is reduced to a suitable speed for the agitator to work and the torque is increased simultaneously. The manufacturing process of the reducer is exquisite, and the gears undergo fine grinding and heat treatment to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the transmission.

 

The reducer is usually filled with high-quality lubricating oil to reduce the wear and friction between the gears and extend the service life of the reducer. At the same time, it is also equipped with oil temperature monitoring and oil level alarm devices to promptly detect and handle possible problems.

 

3.Stirring Shaft

Made of high-strength metal materials, such as high-quality alloy steel or stainless steel, with excellent mechanical strength and torsional resistance. The diameter and length of the stirring shaft are customized according to the size of the pulp tank and the stirring requirements to ensure that it can withstand the huge torque and bending moment during the stirring process.

 

The surface of the stirring shaft is specially treated, such as chrome plating or nitriding, to improve its surface hardness and wear resistance and prevent wear and corrosion during long-term use. In addition, the dynamic balance of the stirring shaft is verified to reduce the vibration and noise generated during high-speed rotation.

 

4.Stirring Blades

The shape and structure of the stirring blades are meticulously designed. Usually, a streamlined or arc-shaped design is adopted to reduce the resistance and energy loss during the stirring process. The material of the blades is usually a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy material, such as titanium alloy or stainless steel.

 

The angle of the blades can be flexibly adjusted. By adjusting the angle, the intensity and direction of the stirring can be changed to adapt to the stirring requirements of different types, concentrations, and viscosities of the pulp. This angle-adjustable design greatly improves the applicability and flexibility of the agitator.

 

5.Installation Bracket

The installation bracket is usually made of sturdy steel structure. Through strict mechanical calculations and designs, it can withstand the weight of the agitator and the reaction force generated during operation. The installation methods of the bracket are diverse, which can be wall-mounted, top-mounted, or base-mounted to adapt to different pulp tank structures and installation spaces.

 

To reduce the transmission of vibration and noise, shock absorption pads or shock absorption springs are usually installed between the installation bracket and the pulp tank to improve the stability and smoothness of the equipment.

 

6.Control System

Includes control panel, frequency converter, sensors, and controller, etc. The control panel is equipped with buttons and indicator lights such as start, stop, and speed adjustment to facilitate the operation and monitoring of the operator.

 

The frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of the motor to achieve stepless speed adjustment of the stirring. Sensors can monitor parameters such as the current, voltage, speed, and temperature of the motor in real-time, as well as information such as the torque of the stirring shaft and the liquid level of the pulp, and transmit these data to the controller.

 

The controller intelligently controls the operation of the agitator based on the preset program and the received sensor data, such as automatic speed adjustment, fault alarm, and shutdown, improving the automation degree and reliability of the equipment.

 

Working Principle

 

1.Motor Startup:The operator starts the motor through the control panel. The current passes through the stator and rotor of the motor, generating a rotating magnetic field and driving the rotor to start rotating at high speed.

 

2.Power Transmission:The rotational power of the motor is transmitted to the input shaft of the reducer through the coupling. The small gear on the input shaft meshes with the large gear, reducing the speed and increasing the torque. Through the transmission of multiple stages of gears, the output shaft of the reducer finally outputs at a lower speed and a larger torque.

 

3.Stirring Action:The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the stirring shaft and drives the stirring shaft to rotate. The stirring blades on the stirring shaft rotate accordingly, generating shearing, pushing, and mixing effects on the pulp in the pulp tank. Due to the special design and angle adjustment of the blades, the pulp forms a complex flow pattern during the stirring process, achieving rapid and uniform mixing.

The components of the agitator adopt a modular design, which is easy to disassemble and install, facilitating daily inspection, repair, and maintenance.

Application Scenarios

 

1.Paper Pulp Preparation

During the blending process of the pulp, fully mix different types and proportions of fibers, fillers, additives, etc. to form a uniform and stable pulp, providing a good foundation for the subsequent papermaking process.

Used for deinking and purification treatment of waste paper pulp. Through stirring, the deinking agent and purification agent can fully contact the waste paper pulp to improve the deinking and purification effect.

 

2.Waste Paper Treatment

During the pulping and screening process of waste paper, stir the waste paper pulp to promote the dissociation of waste paper and the separation of impurities, improving the utilization rate and treatment efficiency of waste paper.

Used for the concentration and storage of waste paper pulp, maintaining the uniformity and stability of the pulp and preventing sedimentation and stratification.

 

3.Chemical Addition

When adding chemicals such as sizing agents, strengthening agents, and fungicides to the pulp, stir to quickly and uniformly disperse the chemicals in the pulp to ensure the full effect of the chemicals.

Used for the mixing of pigments and dyes to make the paper have a uniform color and good appearance quality.
