The dryness of wet paper after pressing is generally only 30 ~ 40% before drying, even in the new paper machine of composite pressing, the dryness is only 40 ~ 50%, so it is necessary to use the dryer to evaporate water to achieve the moisture requirements required for paper control.
Drying principle of web on dryer
The drying principle of the paper web is to use the steam condensing into the dryer to release heat to the wet paper page on the dryer, heat the wet paper web to vaporize the water in it, dry the paper web, and the water vapor evaporating from the paper web is dispersed into the surrounding air and discharged by the extraction fan.
In the drying process of the web, the free water is first removed, then most of the adsorbed water, and the bound water remains in the web.
