Heavy Rejects Cleaner
Introduce
In the paper industry, "Heavy Rejects Cleaner" is a key piece of equipment specifically designed for removing heavy impurities from the pulp. Its main function is to effectively separate out impurities with a relatively high specific gravity, such as sand grains, stones, metal fragments, glass chips, etc., from the pulp flow, thereby enhancing the cleanliness and quality of the pulp and providing pure pulp for the subsequent papermaking processes.

Working Principle
1.Centrifugal Separation:The pulp rotates at a high speed inside the Heavy Rejects Cleaner, generating a strong centrifugal force. Due to the higher specific gravity of the impurities, they are flung towards the wall of the equipment under the action of the centrifugal force.
2.Reverse Flushing:Simultaneously, there is a reverse flushing water system inside the equipment, which washes down the impurities adhering to the wall and carries the impurities out through the reject outlet.
3.Pulp Purification:The pulp, after centrifugal separation and flushing, flows out from the good pulp outlet at the center, achieving the separation of the pulp and heavy impurities.
Structural Components
1.Inlet for Pulp:It is used to receive the pulp to be treated and is usually designed with a diversion structure to enable the pulp to enter the cleaner uniformly.
2.Separation Chamber:This is the core area where the centrifugal force is generated and the impurity separation takes place. Its shape and size are meticulously designed.

During the operation, closely observe the pressure changes of the inlet and outlet pulp, the reject situation, and the vibration of the equipment, and adjust the operation parameters in a timely manner.
2.Maintenance Work
Regularly clean the inlet for pulp and the reject outlet to prevent clogging.
Check the working status of the flushing water system to ensure the nozzles are unobstructed and the water pressure is stable.
Inspect and clean the inner wall of the separation chamber to prevent the accumulation of impurities.
Regularly replace wearing parts, such as seals and bearings, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
