2. System operation
1. Start the oil pump motor first.
2. Switch the handle/automatic switch knob to manual, switch the manual retreat/feed knob to retreat, adjust the manual power given knob to make the proportional valve open 20%, and the oil pressure is about 3Mpa.
3. After confirming that the grinding knife of each disc is in place, start the motor of the main engine, and then start the motor of the slurry pump to adjust the inlet and outlet
The slurry pipe valve makes the inlet pressure of each slurry mill 0.15~0.25MPa, and the outlet pressure 0.30~0.40MPa.
4, choose manual control or automatic control.
