1. The operating cost of slurry line with inclined net concentration is higher:
Due to the high concentration of white water in the inclined mesh, a large number of fibers in the white water are circulating inside the system, in order to ensure the quality and output of the pulp, it is bound to increase the selection of various equipment before the inclined mesh, especially the medium and low concentration equipment, such as the grading screen, low concentration slag separator, fine screen and its feed pump, resulting in large equipment investment and high system operating costs.
2. The white water quality of the slurry line concentrated with inclined mesh is poor:
The fiber retention rate is low when the skew net concentration is used, resulting in the closed circulation of the fiber accounting for about 20-30% of the system in white water, if the white water system design is unreasonable, or the skew net white water is not regularly replaced and discharged, it is prone to the accumulation of impurities and fiber decay, especially in the summer, the rot enters the pulp, the Internet is formed, and there is a sludge smell. The unpleasant smell even pervades the entire factory, the appearance of paper is black and gray with green, the physical indicators are poor, and the sales are worrying.
3. The quality of slurry concentrated with inclined mesh is generally poor:
First of all, the slurry dilution in the pulping workshop is generally concentrated white water, due to the high concentration of white water in the inclined mesh, and do not want to increase the equipment, the system slurry concentration is bound to be higher, especially the low concentration slag eliminator and the fine screen, the increase in concentration reduces the purification efficiency of the equipment and affects the pulp quality. Secondly, the long-term closed circulation of white water causes the accumulation of impurities and pulp. When these solids enter the slurry, the quality of pulp is seriously affected.
