Working Principle

 

1.Up-flow Design

The pulp enters from the inlet at the bottom of the screen body and flows upward along the inner wall of the screen drum under pressure.

This up-flow method increases the contact time and area between the pulp and the screen mesh, improving the screening effect.

 

2.Screening Mechanism

The surface of the screen drum is equipped with a screen mesh of specific pore size, allowing the pulp that meets the size requirements to pass through and intercepting larger impurities and fibers.

The intercepted impurities are pushed upward by the pressure and water flow and are discharged through the reject outlet.

 

3.Pressure Control

The equipment is equipped with a pressure regulation system to ensure that the pulp flows under the appropriate pressure for efficient screening.
