Working Principle

 

1.Inflow Method

The pulp enters from the outside of the equipment and flows inward under pressure, passing through the screen mesh for screening.

This inflow design enables the pulp to have sufficient contact with the screen mesh, improving the screening effect and accuracy.

 

2.Screening Mechanism

It is equipped with fine and uniform screen meshes, and the pore size is precisely designed according to the screening requirements.

When the pulp passes through the screen mesh, the fine fibers and good pulp that meet the requirements can pass smoothly, while the larger impurities and fibers that do not meet the requirements are intercepted on the surface of the screen mesh.
