Introduce
Chain conveyor is mainly used to convey raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in various links of papermaking production. For example, in the feeding stage of raw materials, chain conveyor can smoothly and continuously convey a large amount of pulp raw materials, wood fibers, etc. to the processing equipment.
During the production process, chain conveyor is able to transfer the initially produced semi-finished paper from one process to the next, ensuring the coherence of the production process.
For the finished paper that has been processed, chain conveyor can transport it to the warehouse or packaging area for storage and subsequent processing.
The chains of this conveyor are usually made of high-strength metal materials, capable of withstanding a large weight and tension, and operating stably and reliably. Its conveying speed can be adjusted according to production needs to adapt to different production rhythms.
Working Principle
1.Chain Drive:The operation of the chain conveyor mainly relies on its robust and durable chain. These chains usually mesh closely with precisely designed sprockets. Through advanced motors or other powerful power devices, the sprockets are driven to rotate at a stable speed. The rotation of the sprockets drives the chain for regular circular movement, thereby providing a continuous and stable power source for the material conveyance.
2.Bearing and Pushing:On the chain, various specially designed components for bearing materials are meticulously installed. These components come in diverse forms, which could be sturdy scrapers, flat pallets, or special hanging baskets, etc. They are tightly integrated with the chain to form a whole. During the operation of the equipment, the operator needs to adjust the conveying speed reasonably through the control system according to the production requirements. At the same time, it is necessary to stay vigilant at all times, closely observe the conveying situation of the materials, and promptly detect and handle abnormal phenomena such as blockage, accumulation, and deviation that may occur.
