Disc Heat-Disperser
Application
This equipment applies to treatment of all kinds of pulp using waste paper as raw materials, being able to efficiently disperse all kinds of ink and treat all kinds of stickies and other impurities.
Features
- The clearance between dynamic disc and static disc can be set within a certain range, which can achieve running under smaller clearance and is more beneficial to separating ink adhering to fiber and dispersing dirt speckles stickies and paint particles.
- Tooth shape of dynamic disc and static disc can improve process characteristics of fiber, with good moistexpansion effect that is beneficial to bleaching of pulp.
- Forced feeding is beneficial to efficient heating and temperature control of pulp. Therefore, reduce negative effect caused by long-time heating.
Structural Components
1.Heating System
It adopts advanced and efficient heating elements, such as high-quality electric heating rods or high-performance steam heat exchangers. These heating elements have the ability to rapidly increase the temperature and can heat the materials to the preset processing temperature in a short period.
It is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors that can detect the temperature changes of the materials in real-time and precisely. At the same time, the intelligent temperature controller matched with it can finely adjust the heating power based on the information fed back by the sensors to ensure the accuracy and stability of the heating temperature, with the fluctuation range controlled within a very small range.
To improve the heating efficiency and uniformity, the layout of the heating system is elaborately designed to ensure that the heat can be evenly distributed in the processing chamber, avoiding local overheating or insufficient temperature.
2.Rotating Disk System
The rotating disk is meticulously manufactured from high-strength and highly wear-resistant special materials, such as specially treated alloy materials or ceramic composite materials. These materials not only have outstanding mechanical strength to withstand high-speed rotation and material friction but also possess excellent wear and corrosion resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in harsh working environments.
The surface of the rotating disk undergoes special processing and treatment, possibly using fine grinding or coating techniques to increase the surface roughness and friction, thereby enhancing the treatment effect on the materials.
The rotational speed of the rotating disk can be flexibly adjusted through an advanced speed regulating device. Based on different types and contents of thermoplastic impurities and the characteristics of waste paper, the most suitable rotational speed can be selected to achieve the best treatment effect.
3.Fixed Disk
The fixed disk corresponding to the rotating disk is also made of sturdy and durable materials, and its surface is precisely processed to ensure the matching accuracy with the rotating disk.
During the processing, the fixed disk provides stable support and counterforce for the materials, enabling the materials to be fully squeezed and rubbed between the rotating disk and the fixed disk, thereby effectively removing the thermoplastic impurities.
The design and installation position of the fixed disk have undergone strict calculation and optimization to ensure the formation of the optimal working gap and pressure distribution between the fixed disk and the rotating disk, improving the processing efficiency and quality.
4.Shell
It is constructed from sturdy and thick metal materials, such as high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, with sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the internal pressure and external impact of the equipment.
The inner surface of the shell may be coated with heat insulation materials, such as high-temperature-resistant ceramic fibers or rock wool, to reduce heat loss to the outside, improve energy utilization efficiency, and protect the external environment from high temperatures.
The shell is also equipped with observation windows and access doors to facilitate the operator to observe the operation inside the equipment and conduct quick maintenance and repair when necessary.
5.Feed and Discharge System
The feed inlet is designed to be spacious and reasonable, usually in the shape of a funnel or inclined pipe. Internally, there may be guide plates or distributors installed to ensure that the waste paper can enter the processing chamber uniformly and smoothly, avoiding blockages or material accumulation.
At the feed inlet, metering devices and feed control valves can also be equipped to precisely control the speed and volume of the feed. According to the processing capacity of the equipment and process requirements, a stable feed process can be achieved.
The discharge outlet is equipped with advanced control devices, such as regulating valves or discharge screws. By adjusting their opening or rotational speed, the speed and flow of the discharge can be precisely controlled to ensure that the processed materials can be discharged continuously and stably.
6.Drive System
It includes a high-performance motor and a precise speed reducer. The motor provides a powerful output, usually with a large power and torque to meet the requirements of high-speed rotation of the rotating disk.
The speed reducer converts the high rotational speed of the motor into the appropriate rotational speed required by the rotating disk and provides a sufficient torque amplification ratio to ensure the stable operation of the rotating disk under load.
The drive system may also be equipped with a frequency converter or soft starter to achieve smooth starting and speed regulation of the motor, reduce the impact on the power grid, and flexibly adjust the rotational speed of the rotating disk according to the actual working conditions.
Working Principle
1.Feeding
Waste paper raw materials, such as OCC, ONP, OMG, MOW, etc. containing various thermoplastic impurities, are sent into the interior of the disc heat-disperser through the feed inlet by means of conveying equipment or manual feeding. During the feeding process, the materials gradually enter the processing area between the rotating disk and the fixed disk under the push of gravity and the feeding device.
2.Heating
Once the materials enter the processing area, the heating system starts quickly to heat the materials to the predetermined high temperature. Under the action of high temperature, the thermoplastic impurities, such as adhesives, grease, paraffin, plastic, rubber, or ink particles, begin to soften or melt, and their physical properties change, making them easier to be processed.
3.Dispersing Treatment
As the rotating disk rotates at high speed driven by the drive system, the materials are subjected to intense squeezing, shearing, and friction between the rotating disk and the fixed disk. The softened or melted thermoplastic impurities are gradually separated from the waste paper fibers under this mechanical action and are refined and dispersed.
At the same time, the precise fit between the rotating disk and the fixed disk forming a tiny gap, as well as the constantly changing pressure and velocity fields, enable the materials to be fully mixed and stirred, further improving the dispersion effect of the impurities.
4.Discharging
The materials that have undergone sufficient treatment, in which the thermoplastic impurities have been effectively removed or dispersed, have achieved the expected treatment effect. The treated materials are discharged from the discharge outlet and enter the next production process, such as the wire section of the paper machine or subsequent purification treatment equipment.
