Improvements

 

1.Enlarged Cylinder Screen Size

The diameter and length of the cylinder screen have undergone significant and substantial increases compared to the previous generation. The enlarged diameter provides a broader filtering surface, allowing the pulp to have more extensive contact with the filter screen, thereby enhancing the filtering efficiency. The increased length prolongs the residence time of the pulp within the cylinder screen, ensuring more thorough separation of moisture and significantly improving the thickening effect.

 

The larger size not only implies an increase in the single processing capacity but also offers the possibility to accommodate different scales of production demands, enabling the equipment to handle large-scale papermaking production more effortlessly.

 

2.Optimized Filtration Structure

The shape of the mesh pores has been meticulously redesigned, discarding the traditional circular or square pores and adopting more elongated and angled pore structures. This unique design can capture fibers of different sizes more effectively while reducing the loss of fine fibers, improving the recovery rate of fibers.

 

The number of filter layers has been increased from the original single or double layers to a multi-layer composite structure. The pore size and material of each layer of the filter screen have been carefully selected and matched to form a step-by-step filtration system. The outermost layer of the filter screen can block larger impurities and fiber clusters, the middle layer further filters fine fibers, and the innermost layer ensures that the final discharged water has the lowest fiber content, thereby greatly enhancing the filtration fineness and thickening quality.

 

3.Upgraded Scraper System

The length of the scraper has been extended correspondingly along with the increase in the size of the cylinder screen, and its shape and angle have been optimized to ensure a more perfect fit with the surface of the cylinder screen. Such a design enables the scraper to remove the concentrated pulp more comprehensively and evenly during operation, avoiding incomplete scraping or local accumulation.

 

The material of the scraper has been selected as a special alloy with higher strength, hardness, and wear resistance.
