"High Consistency Hydro Pulper" is a piece of equipment used in the papermaking industry. It is designed to disintegrate and blend high-concentration (typically referring to a high solid content in the pulp) waste paper, pulp boards, or other fibrous materials to prepare a fiber suspension suitable for subsequent papermaking processes.

Usually composed of a pulping barrel, impeller, rotor, screen plate, drive motor, and other components. The drive shaft is rotatably connected to a transmission box, which contains components such as a shifting lever, a rotating connection seat, and a spoke wheel. For example, when pulping waste paper pulp at a concentration of 15 - 17%, the power consumption can be saved by 20 - 30% compared to low-concentration pulpers, electricity and heat energy can be saved by 50%, and chemical reagents can be saved by 20%.
• Gentle pulping can avoid the crushing of impurities, facilitating later purification treatment.
• Can effectively separate light impurities such as ink particles and plastics from fibers in waste paper.
• Some equipment uses spiral impellers, integrating hydraulic, mechanical forces of the spiral impeller, and frictional forces between fibers to disintegrate waste paper.
• Some equipment has core parts such as three-blade, cone-shaped, and tower-shaped rotors with split structures, which are convenient for installation and maintenance.
