The horizontal hydraulic pulper consists of the following components:

 

1. Pulping tank:

A horizontal cylindrical structure made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel, ensuring the stability and durability for long-term use.

 

The tank has a certain capacity to meet the production requirements of different scales.

 

2. Impeller or turntable:

Installed on the central shaft inside the pulping tank and is the core working component of the pulper.

The blade shape and angle of the impeller or turntable are meticulously designed to generate strong hydraulic shear force and impact force.

 

3. Transmission system:

Usually composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a coupling, etc., providing power for the rotation of the impeller or turntable.

 

4. Inlet and outlet devices:

The inlet is used to put waste paper, pulp boards and other raw materials into the pulping tank.

The outlet is used to discharge the pulped mixture of pulp and impurities.

 

5. Control system:

Used to control the operation parameters such as the start, stop, and speed adjustment of the pulper to achieve automated production.

 

 

First, the waste paper, pulp boards and other raw materials are put into the horizontal pulping tank filled with water through the inlet.

Start the transmission system and the motor drives the impeller or turntable to rotate at high speed. During the rotation, the impeller or turntable stirs the water and raw materials in the tank, creating a strong hydraulic shear force and impact force.

 

Under the action of water flow, the raw materials continuously collide, rub and knead with the impeller, the inner wall of the pulping tank and each other.Under the powerful hydraulic and mechanical actions, the fiber structure of the waste paper raw materials is quickly destroyed and loosened, and separated into individual fibers and attached impurities, forming a mixture of fibers and impurities.

 

After the pulping is completed, the mixture is discharged through the outlet and enters the subsequent processing procedures such as screening and purification.
