Structural Components
The horizontal hydraulic pulper consists of the following components:
1. Pulping tank:

Working Principle
First, the waste paper, pulp boards and other raw materials are put into the horizontal pulping tank filled with water through the inlet.
Start the transmission system and the motor drives the impeller or turntable to rotate at high speed. During the rotation, the impeller or turntable stirs the water and raw materials in the tank, creating a strong hydraulic shear force and impact force.
Under the action of water flow, the raw materials continuously collide, rub and knead with the impeller, the inner wall of the pulping tank and each other.Under the powerful hydraulic and mechanical actions, the fiber structure of the waste paper raw materials is quickly destroyed and loosened, and separated into individual fibers and attached impurities, forming a mixture of fibers and impurities.
After the pulping is completed, the mixture is discharged through the outlet and enters the subsequent processing procedures such as screening and purification.
