Working Principle

 

The working principle of the Wet Broke Pulper is to put the wet broke and an appropriate amount of water into the tank of the pulper, and generate strong hydraulic shear force and mechanical friction force through the high-speed rotating impeller or turntable.

 

Under the agitation of the impeller, the water forms a powerful current and vortex, which quickly soaks and involves the wet broke. The wet broke is repeatedly impacted, rubbed, and kneaded between the water current, the impeller, and the tank wall. The bonding force between the fibers is gradually destroyed, and the fibers are separated from the paper structure and mixed with other impurities to form a pulp suspension.

 

Structural Components

 

1.Tank

Usually made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel, with sufficient strength and capacity to accommodate the wet broke and water, providing space for the pulping process.

 

2.Impeller or Turntable

Installed on the transmission shaft and is the core component of the pulper. The shape, blade angle, and number of the impeller or turntable are carefully designed to achieve the best pulping effect.

 

3.Transmission Shaft

Connects the impeller or turntable with the drive motor and transmits power to make the impeller or turntable rotate at high speed.

 

4.Drive Motor

5.Inlet and Outlet System

The inlet is used to put the wet broke into the tank, and the outlet is used to discharge the pulped pulp suspension. Usually, corresponding pipes and valves are equipped to control the entry and exit of materials.

 

6.Control System
