The Type D Hydra pulper is a device used for pulping various raw materials such as waste paper and pulp boards. Through the hydraulic action and mechanical agitation, the materials put into it are quickly decomposed into a fiber suspension.

 

This type of pulper has a certain pulping efficiency and processing capacity. It plays an important role in the waste paper recycling process in the papermaking industry and the pulp production process. Its design and structure contribute to efficient pulping and can be configured in different scales and specifications according to production requirements.

 

Application

 

Used in paper and pulp industry for breaking wase paper and wet-strength paper.This equipment is fitted with P.S. vokes rotor, which can strengthen hydraulic cycle and fiber defiberizing and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption.Rotor deviates from the center of trough body and trough body structure is D-shape, which can`make the contact between pulp and rotor quicker, with higher frequency. Thereby,on condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. Rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of rotor and extraction plate can be extended.

 

Working Principle

 

1.Hydraulic action: The high-speed rotating rotor generates strong hydraulic shear force and impact force in the pulp, quickly dispersing and disintegrating raw materials such as waste paper and pulp board.

 

2.Circulation effect: The rotation of the rotor drives the pulp to form a circulation, promoting the mixing and disintegration of the materials and simultaneously separating the impurities in the circulation.

 

Structural Components

 

1.Tank body: The D-shaped tank body is used to hold the pulp and carry out the disintegration work.

2.Rotor: Installed inside the tank body, and the high-speed rotation generates the hydraulic action required for disintegration.

3.Pulp outlet plate: Cooperates with the rotor to guide the disintegrated pulp to flow out.

4.Heavy residue port and sediment well: Used to discharge the coarse impurities and heavy residues generated during the disintegration process.

5.Rope twisting machine: Handles the winding impurities in the waste paper, twisting them into ropes and pulling them out.
