Type D Hydrapulper

The Type D Hydra pulper is a device used for pulping various raw materials such as waste paper and pulp boards. Through the hydraulic action and mechanical agitation, the materials put into it are quickly decomposed into a fiber suspension.

Rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of rotor and extraction plate can be extended.

1.Hydraulic action: The high-speed rotating rotor generates strong hydraulic shear force and impact force in the pulp, quickly dispersing and disintegrating raw materials such as waste paper and pulp board.

2.Circulation effect: The rotation of the rotor drives the pulp to form a circulation, promoting the mixing and disintegration of the materials and simultaneously separating the impurities in the circulation.
