Structural Features

 

1.Tooth Shape Design

Equipped with elaborately designed unique tooth shapes. The shapes, sizes, and spacings of these teeth are precisely calculated and optimized. The tips of the teeth typically have sharp edges, capable of effectively cutting into the pulp fibers to achieve efficient deflaking.

The arrangement of the teeth is also carefully considered and distributed in a specific pattern on the rotor and stator to ensure uniform and intense shear forces on the pulp during the working process.

The teeth in different parts may have different shapes and angles to adapt to the needs of different stages in the deflaking process, thereby achieving all-round and multi-level deflaking effects.

 

2.Rotor and Stator

The rotor is made of high-strength metal materials, undergoes precise machining and dynamic balance adjustment, and can maintain a stable operating state during high-speed rotation.

The stator is fixed inside the machine and maintains a precise gap with the rotor. When the teeth on the rotor rotate at high speed, they interlace with the teeth on the stator, forming a strong shear zone.

The surfaces of the rotor and stator may undergo special treatments, such as coatings or hardening treatments, to enhance their wear resistance and corrosion resistance and extend their service life.

 

3.Housing

The housing is made of thick and sturdy metal materials, featuring good rigidity and seismic resistance, capable of effectively withstanding the huge pressure and vibration generated during the internal operation of the machine.

The shape and size of the housing are optimally designed to accommodate the internal working components and provide reasonable space for the flow of the pulp.

The housing may be equipped with observation windows and access doors to facilitate the operator to observe the working conditions inside the machine and conduct daily maintenance and repair work.

 

4.Feed Inlet and Discharge Outlet

The feed inlet is usually designed as a spacious funnel shape, and internal guide devices may be installed to guide the pulp to enter the deflaking zone smoothly and evenly.

The position and angle of the feed inlet are carefully arranged to ensure that the pulp can smoothly enter the machine under the action of gravity and pushing force, reducing resistance and energy loss during the feeding process.

The shape and size of the discharge outlet are designed based on the flow rate and velocity of the deflaked pulp after deflaking to ensure that the deflaked pulp can be discharged quickly and smoothly, avoiding clogging and accumulation.

 

5.Transmission System

Composed of a high-performance motor, reducer, and coupling, etc., capable of providing strong and stable power for the rotor.

The reducer can convert the high speed of the motor into a low speed suitable for the rotor operation and increase the torque to ensure the normal operation of the rotor under high load.

The coupling can effectively connect the motor and the reducer, transfer power, and at the same time, play the role of buffering and shock absorption to protect the various components of the transmission system.

 

6.Control System

Includes an electrical control box, sensors, and controllers, etc., capable of monitoring and controlling the operating parameters of the high-frequency deflaker.

Sensors can monitor parameters such as the current, speed, and temperature of the motor in real-time, as well as information such as the pressure and flow of the pulp, and feed this data back to the controller.

The controller analyzes and processes this data based on the preset programs and algorithms, and then adjusts the speed of the motor, the feed speed, etc., to achieve the best deflaking effect and energy-saving operation.

 

Working Principle

 

1.Feeding

Pulps such as broke and waste paper are conveyed to the feed inlet of the high-frequency deflaker through conveying equipment, such as pipelines or conveyor belts.

Under the action of gravity and pushing force, the pulp enters the deflaking zone inside the machine from the feed inlet.

 

2.Deflaking Process

When the pulp enters the deflaking zone, the teeth on the high-speed rotating rotor interlace with the teeth on the stator, generating intense shear forces on the pulp.

The fibers in the pulp are dispersed and separated under the action of the shear forces, while the hydrogen bonds and binding forces between the fibers are destroyed to achieve the purpose of deflaking.

With the continuous rotation of the rotor, the pulp is continuously subjected to shearing and stirring inside the machine, and the deflaking process continues until the expected deflaking effect is achieved.

 

3.Discharge

After sufficient deflaking, the pulp is discharged from the discharge outlet under the pressure inside the machine and enters the subsequent process flow.
