Inclined Nte Filtering Machine
Application
Used for solid and liquid separation, such as pulp thickening and dewatering, or recycling the fibers from white water. Screen frame and net are designed in an inclined type, and the inclined angle can be flexibly adjusted in the tank. The separated water will flow out from the back of the screen plate, and the separated fibers or solids on the screen plate will gradually slide down to the bottom of the collection tank.
Structural Components
1.Inclined Screen Frame
Meticulously fabricated from high-strength metal materials, typically high-quality stainless steel or alloy steel. These materials undergo special treatments and processing techniques, possessing outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, capable of maintaining good rigidity and stability during long-term use and withstanding various pressures and impacts during the pulp and filtration processes.
The shape and size of the screen frame are precisely designed to meet the requirements of different specifications and processing capacities. Its surface is usually subjected to smooth processing to reduce the resistance and friction of the pulp during the flow and improve the filtration efficiency.
The inclination angle of the screen frame is a key design parameter, which is optimized according to the characteristics of different pulps and filtration requirements to achieve the best filtration effect and material transportation.
2.Screen
Select high-precision and wear-resistant screen materials, such as special polyester fiber nets or stainless steel wire screens. These screens have fine apertures and uniform pore distributions, capable of effectively intercepting fibers and solid particles in the pulp while allowing water to pass through smoothly.
The weaving method and structure of the screen are elaborately designed to ensure it has sufficient strength and stability during the filtration process and is not prone to deformation or damage. Meanwhile, the surface of the screen may undergo special treatments, such as coating or electroplating, to enhance its wear resistance and anti-clogging performance.
The connection between the screen and the screen frame is firm and reliable, ensuring that the screen does not loosen or fall off during high-speed operation and strong impacts and ensuring the stable operation of the filter.
3.Tank
Welded from thick metal plates, it has sufficient strength and capacity to accommodate the pulp to be filtered and the filtered liquid. The inner wall of the tank is usually treated with anti-corrosion to prevent corrosion caused by chemicals in the pulp.
The shape and size of the tank match the screen frame and screen to ensure the pulp can be evenly distributed in the tank and pass through the screen for filtration smoothly. The bottom of the tank may be designed with a certain slope to facilitate the collection and discharge of the filtered liquid.
The tank may be equipped with monitoring devices such as liquid level sensors and temperature sensors for real-time monitoring of the pulp level and temperature in the tank to adjust the operating parameters of the filter in a timely manner.
4.Drive System
Comprises components such as the motor, reducer, and transmission mechanism. The motor is usually a high-performance AC motor or DC motor with sufficient power and torque output to drive the movement of the screen and the pulp.
The reducer is used to reduce the high speed of the motor to a low speed suitable for the operation of the filter and increase the torque to ensure the stable operation of the filter. The transmission mechanism can be belt drive, chain drive, or gear drive, etc., to transfer the power of the motor to the screen frame and screen to realize its rotation or vibration.
The speed regulation function of the drive system can flexibly adjust the operating speed of the filter according to the actual production needs to achieve the best filtration effect and production efficiency.
5.Angle Adjustment Mechanism
Composed of hydraulic systems, electric push rods, or mechanical lead screws, etc., it can flexibly adjust the inclination angle of the screen frame and screen in the tank.
The accuracy and stability of the angle adjustment mechanism are crucial. It can precisely set and control the inclination angle of the screen according to the characteristics of different pulps and filtration requirements to optimize the filtration effect and material transportation speed.
This mechanism is usually equipped with an angle sensor and display device. The operator can intuitively understand the current inclination angle of the screen and adjust it as needed.
6.Collection Tank
Located at the bottom of the filter, it is used to collect fibers or solids that slide down from the screen. The collection tank is usually made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials and has a certain depth and capacity.
The shape and size of the collection tank are reasonably designed to ensure that fibers or solids can slide down smoothly and be collected centrally for subsequent processing and transportation.
The collection tank may be equipped with a discharging device, such as a screw conveyor or scraper conveyor, to discharge the collected materials in a timely manner to ensure the continuous operation of the filter.
7.Control System
Composed of an electrical control box, PLC controller, touch screen, and various sensors, etc., to achieve automatic control and operation monitoring of the inclined screen filter.
The PLC controller adjusts and controls the parameters such as the motor speed, the inclination angle of the screen, and the feeding speed of the filter in real-time based on the preset programs and the information fed back by the sensors to ensure the stable operation and the best filtration effect of the filter.
The touch screen provides an intuitive and friendly human-machine interface. The operator can conveniently set the operating parameters of the filter, view the operating status and fault alarm information, etc.
Working Principle
1.Feeding:The pulp to be treated is conveyed to the tank of the inclined screen filter through the feeding pipeline or pump. The feeding speed and flow rate can be adjusted according to the processing capacity of the filter and the characteristics of the pulp.
2.Filtration:Under the action of gravity and the screen, the pulp flows downward along the inclined screen surface. During the flow, water penetrates through the pores of the screen, while fibers and solid particles are intercepted on the screen surface.
As the pulp continues to flow and filter, a layer of fiber or solid filter cake gradually forms on the screen surface, further enhancing the filtration effect and increasing the degree of concentration and dehydration of the pulp.
3.Dehydration:The fibers or solids intercepted on the screen surface continue to lose water under the action of gravity and the vibration of the screen to achieve the purpose of concentration and dehydration.
4.Discharging:The separated water flows out from the back of the screen plate and enters the drainage pipeline or collection container. The fibers or solids separated on the screen surface gradually slide down to the bottom collection tank.
5.Angle Adjustment:According to the concentration, viscosity of the pulp, and filtration requirements, the inclination angle of the screen is flexibly adjusted through the angle adjustment mechanism to optimize the filtration effect and material transportation speed.
6.Continuous Operation:The inclined screen filter can achieve continuous feeding, filtration, dehydration, and discharging, thereby improving production efficiency and meeting the needs of large-scale production.
Performance Characteristics
1.Efficient Filtration:The unique inclined screen design and reasonable structural layout can achieve efficient solid-liquid separation, greatly improving the filtration efficiency and production capacity.
2.Good Concentration Effect:Effectively removes water from the pulp, achieving a high concentration ratio, reducing the workload and cost of subsequent processing.
3.Flexible Angle Adjustment:According to different pulp characteristics and process requirements, the inclination angle of the screen can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to various production conditions.
4.Low Energy Consumption:The optimized design and reasonable power configuration make the filter consume less energy during operation, reducing production costs.
5.Easy Maintenance:The structure is relatively simple, and each component is easy to disassemble and install, facilitating daily maintenance and reducing equipment downtime.
6.Wide Applicability:Applicable to various types of pulps and wastewater treatment, capable of meeting the needs of different-scale paper mills.
